As Senior HR Partner, Enabling Functions, you will work closely with B-1 leaders and their leadership teams across global Enabling Functions to support the delivery of the people agenda.In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor on a broad range of people and organizational topics, helping leaders translate business priorities into effective people actions. You will partner closely with the Global HR Business Partner EF (GHRBP) and play an important role in supporting leadership teams through change, organizational development, talent decisions, and workforce planning.This role combines senior HR partnering with hands-on execution of (a.o.) HR cycle topics and HR project implementations in a complex, international environment.What will you be doing?In this role, you will:Partner directly with B-1 leaders and their leadership teams across Enabling Functions on people and organizational topics (B-1 HR, Communication, Strategy and Procurement)Advise leaders on team effectiveness, leadership, talent, performance, reward, employee development, and workforce-related decisionsSupport the implementation of the people agenda within the supported functions and help identify key people trends, risks, and opportunitiesWork closely with the GHRBP on organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and HR projectsSupport B-1 leaders in translating business priorities into practical people actions and leadership interventionsContribute to talent and succession discussions, workforce planning, target setting and leadership development initiativesProvide guidance on more complex HR topics and senior employee matters within the supported functionsEnsure consistent and high-quality execution of key HR processes and policy applicationMentor and support HR Partner colleagues and contribute to collaboration across the HR teamMentor and coach senior leadersWhat do we ask from you?We are looking for someone with:(Strong) Experience in an HR Business Partner / Senior HR Partner role, preferably in a global or matrixed organizationExperience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams on a broad range of people and organizational topicsExperience supporting organizational change, talent initiatives, reward discussions and leadership-related topicsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leadersStrong business understanding and the ability to translate business priorities into people actionsExtensive program management experience to create an end-to-end experience which anchors improved performanceA pragmatic, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindsetThe ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environmentA collaborative style and confidence in working across different levels of the organizationAbout the teamYou will report to the Local/Regional HR Partner Lead and work closely with the Global HR Business Partner, regional HR colleagues, and HR Functions and HR Service team. In this role, you will support B-1 leaders and their teams across global Enabling Functions and where applicable join their MT’s, incl. Close relation with Financial Controller.What do we offerThis position offers a competitive salary range of 7.400 EUR to 8.800 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
