As a Night auditor, you will ensure guests feel welcome and cared for throughout the night by delivering calm, attentive service and supporting all overnight operations. The position manages arrivals, departures, and guest requests while maintaining a safe and organised environment and plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction, financial accuracy, and compliance throughout the night, while also supporting cross-departmental operations when needed.
The position offers a flexible working pattern from 30 hours per week, with a flexible start date to support different availability,Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery * Manage the overnight guest journey, including late check-ins, early check-outs, and all guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication * Complete night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, system updates, and compliance with payment processes * Maintain a safe and secure hotel environment by following health, safety, and emergency procedures, and reporting any incidents or maintenance issues * Collaborate with other departments such as security, food and beverage, and breakfast operations to support business continuity during overnight shiftsEssential Requirements
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) * Ability to work independently and remain calm during overnight shifts * High level of accuracy and attention to detail (especially for financial tasks) * Guest-focused mindset with a proactive and responsible approach * Eligible to work in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Experience in Front Office, Night Audit, or hospitality roles * Basic understanding of financial reconciliation or reporting processes * Knowledge of Eindhoven or willingness to develop local expertise * Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) * Dutch or any additional language skills; is an advantageYour Benefits & Perks
