Your Role
As a Customer Service Agent (B2B), you are the first point of contact for one of our business clients. Your biggest challenge? Implementing a new customer - a complete start?'up where you take ownership of the process. Of course, you'll have support from experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for the business client
- Monitor shipments and handle special requests
- Process customer inquiries and complaints in our system
- Book transport via our control tower
- Keep documentation up to date and communicate clearly
- Enter orders accurately into the system
Who You Are
- You are sharp, customer?'focused, and quick to respond. You maintain oversight and have an eye for detail - customers and colleagues can count on you.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service within a warehouse environment
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (WMS/TMS experience is a plus)
- Accurate and able to prioritize effortlessly
- Customer?'oriented, proactive, and assertive; you know how to relieve customers and take initiative
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus
