Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management & Strategy
- Manage and grow the Bol.com account, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
- Build and execute annual and quarterly marketplace strategies.
- Analyse performance data, trends, and competitor insights to drive commercial decisions.
- Forecast sales, demand, and stock requirements to support long‑term planning.
- Own the entire Bol.com advertising strategy, including campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- Manage ad budgets across sponsored products, display placements, and performance campaigns.
- Continuously optimise ROAS, visibility, and keyword performance.
- Ensure high-quality product listings, content accuracy, and SEO‑driven optimization.
- Troubleshoot operational issues such as order flow, stock discrepancies, or platform notifications.
- Collaborate with Buyers and Supply Chain to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear actions and recommendations.
- Monitor pricing, margins, and competitor activity.
- Use marketplace data tools to forecast trends and guide strategic decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams (Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Act as the main point of contact for Bol.com’s partner managers.
- Clearly communicate results, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- 3–6+ years of experience in Marketplace Management, E‑commerce, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
- Fluent Dutch (C1+) and English
- Strong background in FMCG or fast-paced consumer goods.
- Proven experience managing large revenue portfolios (€5–8M).
- Advanced skills in popular e-commerce platforms, such as Bol, Amazon, Zalando, Kaufland, etc.
- Strong advertising knowledge — sponsored ads, PPC optimization, ROAS management.
- Data-driven with excellent forecasting and analytical thinking.
- Strong communicator, comfortable owning both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Competitive salary of €4.000 – €5.000 gross per month, depending on experience
