We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, managing the kitchen team and working with our Chef to improve our offer and work process. The challenge in this position is to keep an overview of our various catering outlets; the breakfast restaurant and banqueting rooms for meetings and events. These different catering concepts require a different approach and preparation, so there is a lot of variety in the tasks and every day is different.
This is what you like to do:
You are responsible for the overview, planning and preparation of our various catering outlets.
You manage the kitchen team, in the absence of the Chef you are responsible for the entire kitchen.
Working from our Inntel Hotels menu: Inntel Originals.
You support with orders, making schedules and possibly recruiting and selecting new colleagues.
You work daily according to HAACP guidelines and ensure a clean working environment.

What are we looking for?
You are flexible. The schedule varies in terms of times and days. We take your wishes into account;
You have experience working in the kitchen/have completed a chef's training;
You can work independently;
You have knowledge of HACCP;
You speak Dutch and English.
Where will you work?
Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark has a tough character that is inspired by the industrial past of the area. It is the place to spend the night, dine in Bar & Brasserie Werkspoor, organize business events and completely unwind in Spa Steam. The wellness centre has a swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna and massage room. In addition, all luxury room types are equipped with a round whirlpool in the room and/or a private sauna.
