Investor Relations Associate32-40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You will join the Investor Relations & Business Development team. You will be responsible for the relationship management and communication with our investors (clients). You will coordinate internally and take part in the development of new investment products & services and oversee the implementation of such new products and services. You execute market research and support the overall promotion of Triple Jump and its products and services to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Co‑manage the product life cycle of our funds/mandates, including overseeing the product development process, from ideation to launch, monitoring implementation and making enhancements to improve the product's value proposition.
- Participate in new business development including responding to tenders, preparing pitch books and due diligence questionnaires.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, including Institutional investors, banks, DFIs and foundations in order to raise capital for our funds & mandates.
- Participate in and prepare investor conferences, events, seminars, etc.
- Oversee day‑to‑day client account management for current investors and interacting across relevant other departments to deliver the work.
- Research and prepare reports in relation to the investor relations and business development strategy, amongst others fundraising strategies.
- Contribute and participate in company and/or team projects.
- Professional background with at least 3‑5 years of relevant work experience client facing / investment manager, preferably in the impact investing industry or otherwise in the asset management/banking industry.
- A relevant university degree (e.g. Finance, economics, business, international relations).
- General understanding of the financial markets and investment structures and preferably experience with blended finance fund structuring and fundraising.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in response to client and business needs.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where tasks may shift and vary over time.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑starter with an ability to work independently.
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, attention to detail and strive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, both orally and in writing.
- Affinity with Triple Jump’s mission and vision.
- DSI certification (to be completed within the first year after starting).
- A competitive salary for the Impact Investing sector, including a 13th month, plus benefits such as an annual variable part up to a maximum of 10% of your salary.
