About this role

As a Sr. Global Media Specialist within our Global Media department, you will lead the development and implementation of our media strategy for Germany. This role requires a customer‑centric approach to ensure we are connecting with our audience in the most impactful ways. You will work closely with our agency and in‑house teams, using teamwork to deliver best‑in‑class media solutions. By balancing data‑driven insights with creative strategy, you will help our brand care for our audience while staying committed to our high‑growth goals.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Develop Global Media strategies aligned with company objectives, always aiming high for impact.
• Build measurement methodologies and testing roadmaps to drive excellence across all channels.
• Coach and mentor the Jr. Global Media Specialist, focusing on collaboration and helping one another succeed.
• Provide insightful reports and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure we deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Localize global media principles and guidance to ensure excellence in the German market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing to simplify processes and move fast on opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external business partners to maximize media value.
• Partner with the German Brand team to ensure our agency is delivering top‑tier strategic value.
• Take ownership of results and stay committed to the continuous improvement of our media footprint.

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven expertise in media advertising with a focus on aiming higher to drive excellence.
• Hands‑on experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• A track record of creating channel‑agnostic media strategies that deliver clear results.
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of our internal and external partners to build connections.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders with a focus on care.
• A commitment to achieving goals while acting responsibly to make a lasting impact.
• Strong analytical and proactive mindset with a focus on simplifying complex data.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to lead projects and collaborate effectively across borders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English; German language skills are a significant advantage.
