You will join our Global Finance department based in our EMEA Headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the position of:

Senior Finance Analyst

About the Role:

In this role you are responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of transformation effort to help the cross-functional team achieve benchmark performance. You will apply Harman's proven, methodology-driven approach to large-scale transformation/ performance improvement, focusing on execution and capability building. You will enable critical decisions and drive transformation results through data analytics and insights. You will coach your workstream members to develop and execute effective improvement plans and role-modeling a mindset of executional excellence.

What You Will Do:

1. Drive day-to-day execution of transformation teams, right from ideation through implementation, value capture, and lessons learned.
2. Hold the team accountable for the execution rigor and results by conducting performance reviews focusing on action/measure tracking and gap closing.
3. Monitor and report project progress; bring data insights to drive effective decision-making and course correction.
4. Coach teams on improvement approaches and systems.
5. Infuse a sense of urgency and establish where to focus (Initiatives, deep dives)
6. Assist in the SAP S/4 Hana system implementation. Requiring collaboration amongst global process owners and subject matter experts to ensure business requirements are met.
7. Support and conduct system and integrations testing for SAP S/4 Hana along with other system implementation.
8. Ensures connectivity across the different cross-functional transformation teams to leverage best practices and knowledge sharing.

What You Need:

1. Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business management, or related business management discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Business Process, Strategic Finance, Business Project management, or other related areas.
3. Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving.
4. A sense of urgency and an urge to create an impact and make a difference.
5. Impactful communication skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
6. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills: ability to work on project cross-functionally.

What is Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge in ERP systems: SAP.
2. MBA or CPA a plus.
3. Certification of Lean Six Sigma or any Improvement methodology.

What Makes You Eligible:

1. Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel.
2. Be willing to work in an office in Amsterdam.
