Job Description

Job title

- To support and advise customers (end users retailers) to achieve customer satisfaction

- Startup RMA issues

What are you going to do:

1.Support and advise customers

- Give technical advice for products

- Support customers on sales and after sales

- Help installing and troubleshooting issues

- Escalate to supplier in case of critical issues

- Supporting customers by applicable communication channels

- Register and add all customer cases into customer care system

- Keep customer database updated

2.RMA

- Startup RMA-process

- Collect RMA-requests

- Issue RMA-numbers and execute RMA within the process

- Troubleshooting related to RMA

3.Training & development

- Incorporate colleagues

- Testing products (manual, simulating)

- Stay updated with information from tests and knowledge database

- Sharing new and updated information in the knowledge database



Job Requirements

What do we expect:

- An intermediate vocational training (MBO)

- Accustomed to technical terms and devices

- Basic knowledge of database and data processing

- Call center experience

- German and English languages
