  • Drives Brand and Business growth

    While managing a successful implementation and roll-out of the Global Consumer Products strategy and business in the Netherlands together with the country organization and the Expansion and New Business Unit of Global Consumer Products.

  • Brand Management

    Is the center of expertise when it comes to the area of fashion. Works closely with the regional management teams and International HQ specialists to share learnings, best practices, to align plans and to share the latest updates and insights. Assignments for the first year:

    • Developing and execution of a country marketing plan to build initial brand awareness

    • Developing of a marketing budget defined by revenues and brand awareness target; Brand research to be established and initial measurement of brand awareness after 12 months

    • Organize at least 3 marketing activations (at department stores, fashion fairs, etc.) for AlphaTauri

    • Local adaptation of the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media

  • General Management

    Supports the RBNL to develop and implement the annual business plan. Prepares, especially together with the local management team, the annual business plan and marketing budgets in co-operation with marketing and team.

  • Marketing Synergies

    Establish a coordinated, strong and sustainable marketing strategy by an efficient utilization of all relevant Red Bull assets (events, athletes & artists and communication).

  • People and Knowledge Management

    Builds, monitors and develops the business roll-out of global consumer products in the Netherlands (Benelux). Establishes highest ethical standards, winning and “we can do” spirit in the whole organization.

  • Organisation

    While reporting to Global Consumer Products (GCP) straight line, you will draw on support of the local (marketing) organisation in areas of synergy to leverage GCP assets and harvest business opportunities. In the country you will be the center of expertise when it comes to the area of fashion. To drive local embedding in the organisation, you will have a dotted line to the Marketing Director in the Netherlands.


Jouw kennis- en expertisegebieden

wat het belangrijkste is voor deze baan:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in management role in marketing in sports and/or apparel industry (e.g. Nike, VF Corp, PVH, Best Seller Group, Inditex)
  • Excellent leadership skills & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comprehensive marketing skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Proven understanding of the respective markets, competitor activities and consumer behavior in a brand context
  • Innovative and hands-on approach to business
  • Bachelor or master’s degree (e.g. General Business, Marketing, Economics or similar)
  • Fluent in English and excellent Dutch language skills (written and spoken)
  • Reizen: 25%
