The Consumer Marketing Director – High End IPL owns the strategy, innovation, commercial performance, and digital experience of the Lumea High‑End IPL business. The role drives category leadership by translating consumer, market, technology, and connected ecosystem insights into differentiated propositions and business growth. Working across Product Innovation, Digital, R&D, Clinical, Commercial, and Regional teams, the CMD shapes the future of premium light‑based beauty through integrated hardware, software, and connected consumer experiences.
Responsibilities- Own the strategy, innovation roadmap, and commercial performance of the High‑End IPL business.
- Define differentiated propositions by integrating premium hardware, software, and connected consumer experiences.
- Shape the innovation portfolio through consumer, market, technology, and competitive insights.
- Lead the claims and authority strategy with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, and R&D.
- Define the digital product strategy to accelerate adoption, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Prioritize investments, business cases, and portfolio decisions to maximize business impact.
- Drive execution through cross‑functional leadership across Product Innovation, Digital, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regions.
- Build organizational capability and foster a high‑performing, innovation‑driven culture.
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Consumer Marketing, Product Management, Innovation, Digital Product, Strategy, or General Management.
- Proven success defining and scaling premium consumer products or connected experiences with measurable commercial impact.
- Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end business or product strategy, from vision through commercialization.
- Experience leading complex global organizations and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Base salary range: €93,049.00 - €155,081.00. Eligible for 6% short‑term incentive tied to individual performance and company results. Benefits include hybrid working, paid time‑off, health and wellbeing benefits, and learning and development opportunities.
