As our recruitment marketeer, you'll dive deep into our customer's recruitment marketing challenges, focussing on e-mailmarketing. You want to learn as much as possible during your internship! What you'll be doing:
Attracting candidates: Build and manage data-driven e-mail recruitment campaigns to attract new candidates to register or apply.
Optimize for performance: Being the support to our online marketing team in continuously monitor & optimizing campaign data.
Become a data whisperer: Analyze and process data via Google Analytics and Lookerstudio dashboards.
Collaborate for success: Work closely with our commercial teams to align our campaign strategies with client goals and expectations.
