- Deliver profit expectations by managing expenses, exceeding sales and key metric targets.
- Optimize the use of resource to improve store productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with Customer Experience Managers and Assistant General Manager to implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance.
- Identify opportunities to benefit the business.
- Handle all product items with care to ensure that marked out of stock is minimized.
- Maintain a safe working environment for customers and employees.
- A passionate, poised and professional with several years’ of store management experience with a passion for product and a passion for the brand.
- You’ll be comfortable and confident working in the fast paced environment, remaining creative and driven when faced with challenges.
- Strong analytical skills will see you identifying commercial opportunities and your sound experience in people management will see you reaping the benefits of stretching and developing others.
