Senior Product Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring that their products deliver fair outcomes for customers and meet required regulatory, customer & commercial objectives set by the business & agreed with our client’s clients.

  • Ensure appropriate monitoring & reporting of all required CEX & Commercial KPIs is delivered and maintained
  • Align with Programme Management functions to build out and continually enhance our fraud management strategies and claims management processes
  • Provide the business with insight & information regarding Product KPI performance and identify initiatives/strategies to enhance
  • Lead x-functional teams and provide direction to the business to continually improve CEX & Commercial performance
  • Drive & direct initiatives that will improve customer experience metrics (taking findings from complaints analysis & NPS results)
  • Undertake regular reviews of the Dutch Mobile & Tech Market to ensure our products & services remain fit for purpose and identify trends to inform product design & development
  • Lead product innovation to ensure our client’s products stay ahead of the latest market trends
  • Align with Channel Strategy Teams to develop, deliver & continually reduce programme churn – developing strategies and initiatives to support overall customer base growth
  • Manage regular Device Tier & Pricing reviews to support our commercial & growth ambitions for the programme
  • Identify & fix issues preventing growth and/or ability to achieve agreed performance metrics


  • Fluent in Dutch (reading & writing) and English – other key languages (French & Spanish) would also be an advantage
  • Experience of working in a B2B2C environment and effectively managing client relationships
  • Proven experience in Telecoms, Insurance or Financial Services
  • Some background of managing Customer Experience metrics and strategy
  • Experience in Product Management or related role, ideally in a regulated environment
  • Ability to interpret NPS & other customer experience metrics into product strategy recommendations
  • Ability to genuinely understand the KPIs and key dynamics from the financial perspective as well as from the new Product and client perspective
  • Telecom/Wireless and/or Insurance industry experience is highly desirable
  • Strong experience with Global operating models
  • Track record of delivering objectives and going ‘above & beyond’ when required
  • Strong analytical skills – but be able to interpret and clearly present data to others
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and expectations
  • Ability to leverage Global capabilities and business practices, while also addressing the local, country and regional business requirements
  • Ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels to achieve strategic results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects in a cross functional environment
  • Ability to think strategic but dive into details as necessary
  • Willingness to travel between UK & Netherlands as required
