The Electrical Specialist has a senior and responsible postion at this world renowed yachtbuilder. It is your job to coordinate all electrical engineering aspects of a project. This involves setting up the planning, checking and perfecting the quality of the (electrical) design, and coordinating subcontractors.
Furthermore the Electrical Specialist has the following tasks:
•Organizing and preparing work, setting up and monitoring the planning;
•As Electrical Specialist you manage technical documentation and information related to the project, and ensure it’s correct flow to the production department;
•You perform quality control on design related electrical aspects, and check them before they go to the authorities;
•You monitor, coordinate and check the work of external parties with regard to progress, planning and design;
•You draft proposals, and check the general arrangement plans and designs related to electrical;
•Responsible for Electrical in multidisciplinary project team meetings, and keeping overview of where your specialization overlaps with other specializations.
As Electrical Specialist you meet the following requirements:
•Relevant education, for example BSc. Electrical Engineering;
•+5 Years experience as Electrical Engineer, with a focus on detailed design;
•Experience in the yacht building sector is a must (preferably with +50 mtr. projects);
•Familiar with coordinating external parties / subcontractors;
•Knowledge of rules and regulations;
•You are communicative, able to delegate work, and have an eye for multidisciplinary involvement;
•You speak perfect English and are willing to learn the Dutch language.
Depending on your professional and personal situation, we offer the Electrical Specliast a competitive package, amongst which a salary ranging from €4000,-/€4500,- gross per month, 25 holidays annually and an additional 13 'ADV' (free) days.
