Position Summary: As part of the sales organization the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible to support sales growth through prospecting, qualifying and developing new sales lead opportunity with new prospects and up-sell lead opportunity with existing customers, to the appropriate stage to pass to the region sales leader for assignment to the sales team.
In addition the ISR will work with existing customers, as assigned, to sell subscription renewals and to, when appropriate, work to migrate customers from an on premise solution to an ASP / hosted environment. This individual will be a strong communicator and a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop business opportunities from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads as assigned, prospect lists, customer lists, discovery and individual research as well as other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
" Develop new sales opportunity via telephone, email, social media, etc. to introduce the Kewill solution and value proposition to prospects
" Develop up-sell / cross-sell opportunities with assigned "C" customer accounts by introducing and educating customers on other aspects of the Kewill solution
" Process renewal orders for existing "pre-pay" customers, create offers for subscription extensions, and create offers to migrate customers from an on premise to an ASP / hosted environment, as assigned.
" Follow up on leads and conduct research to qualify potential prospects
" Identify key buying influencers, confirm opportunity budget and timeline
" Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects/customer's pain points to determine how the Factory solution meets the needs and adds value
" Cultivate prospect and customer relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
" Manage data for all prospects, customers, contacts, campaigns in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
" Work with marketing and sales leadership to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
" Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards as required
" Develop and remain up to date knowledge on company products, differentiators, value propositions and the methodology and process for sales, services and support
" Performs other duties as required
" Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success as an Inside Sales, Business Development or Telemarketing representative
" Experience selling supply chain management, logistics solutions preferred
" Experience selling software solutions preferred
" Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned sales and activity goals
" Demonstrated ability to successfully forecast potential deals
" Success in building a strong pipeline of future business
" Experience working with a Sales Automation tool ; experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
" Excellent written and dynamic verbal communication skills
" Strong language skills: Business level Dutch and English, German would be an advantage
" Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with individuals at all levels both internal and external
" Driven and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
" Excellent understanding of business issues and goals
" Bachelors' Degree preferred
" Some travel may be required (up to 20%)
