The Job: Project Manager Customer Success
We’re looking for an easy-to-like, smooth operator capable of guiding new clients to success! From our office in the heart of Amsterdam, we sign new clients every week. The time has now come for us to expand our ‘implementation desk’ accordingly and we are looking for someone to help us with that.
As Project Manager Customer Success you will:
- Guide clients through the entire implementation fase
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Serve as a sparring partner for clients
- Control internal processes
- Fulfil the role of process manager, meaning you will assign tasks internally to get the job done, on time and within budget.
- Be the linking pin between the client and Harver
All is well, but what do we do?
We are a B2B Software as a Service supplier for the Human Resources sector. We developed a tool called ‘TalentPitch’ that predicts whether or not an applicant is suitable for the job he/she is applying for. For more information on this, check out this one minute video which explains it all. We’ve entered the market in 2013 and now have offices in Amsterdam, London and New York. Around 1 million candidates flow through our system each year, and we’re signing new clients both nationally and internationally each week. The implementation process takes around 8 weeks. As Customer Success Manager you’ll be the companion that guides new clients on this 8 week journey through ‘implementation forest’.
What we look for
We’re looking for an easy-to-like, smooth operator. This means that you keep a cool head, even when things get hectic. You get a kick out of smoothly executed processes and have a way of dealing with deadlines, colleagues and clients in a way that suits everybody best. You’re fluent in both English and Dutch, and already have 2 to 5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales or as a Client Success Manager.

We offer you a 40 hours a week position in Amsterdam.
