Facility Services Employee

As a Facility Services employee at ORTEC you will be part of a unique organization and team! 

Facility Services is a team of 9 enthusiastic employees. Everyone has its own specialty. We have 3 receptionists, 1 travel employee, 1 technical employee, 3 all-round facility employees and a Facility Manager. As a Facility Employee, you have a very diverse job as you are responsible for projects around housing, ARBO, sustainability, procurement and lease cars. Besides that, you are also the back up for the other roles within our team. Challenging and diverged!

Who you are

  • Completed HBO Facility Management education

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience

  • Proactive, with a hands on mentality, and you are accurate and flexible

  • Passionate about sustainability

  • Able to work in a team, but also independently

  • Available 0,8 fte on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

  • Able to communicate in both Dutch and English (both written and verbally).
