Monday morning. You enter our beautiful canal office at the Herengracht and walk past the pingpong table to the coffee machine. Time for a cup of coffee. While you’re waiting for your coffee, you already hear colleagues preparing for the day. They’re already engaged in a discussion about leads and prospects and everyone has one clear goal for the day: conquer the world with our software. The team is doing well and you’re to thank for it. After all, you just closed that new health club. And the fun part is, there’s even more to come today!
The day starts with a kickoff meeting where everyone discusses what’s happening today, so you’ll be fully aware of current developments. After the kickoff you start preparing yourself for your first appointment. Later this day you will give a product demonstration to a personal trainer, who just bought a new studio and is looking for a software solution to manage and coach all of his new clients.
The demo goes off without a hitch and the personal trainer is now a new customer of Virtuagym. Everyone in the office knows about your success and your collegues congratulate you with bringin in a new client. During the product demonstration the trainer had a few good ideas on how we can improve our software. You decide to write down these tips right away, so that they can be discussed in the next feedback meeting.

To help make that happen, we’re looking for a native UK English-speaking Account Manager to join our Amsterdam-based team in our efforts to make the world a healthier and fitter place. This is an entry level position.
- Commercial, practical and result driven personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level)
- People skills and affinity with sales
- Independent and proactive
- Enthusiastic and persistent
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Dutch is not required, but a plus
