SALES MANAGER LABTEC / pH & Pipettes (RAININ) for the Benelux
About the job
As a sales manager you are responsible for the sales result of the LABTEC, pH and Pipettes (RAININ) in the Benelux. The main focus of this position is concentrated on selling standard equipment from the portfolio of LABTEC, pH, and RAININ.
Manage 11 sales representatives:7 for LABTEC and 4 for RAININ Benelux;
Manage and maintain customer relationships with the most import important key accounts in the Benelux to develop long term and extensive co-operations;
Develop the basic and key-value sales skills of the sales representatives;
Offer a high level of 'coaching on the job' to the sales representatives.
A bachelor degree in a technical field of study, preferably chemistry or laboratory;
Proven sales management experience in a Business-to-Business market, most preferably within the segment of laboratory instruments;
You are driven by sales targets and you have a proven record in developing customer relationships;
Proven experience in people management;
Excellent communication and sales skills;
Excellent language skills in Dutch and English. French and German language skills are considered as a plus.
