Functie omschrijving

  • Support of Field Service Engineers in EMEA
  • Manage and provide the business impact regarding customers' technical support escalations
  • Proactive case management and work-order management
  • Manage contract entry and provides status updates and information regarding contract coverage to key stakeholders(Technical Services, Sales, customers and others)
  • Enter new service agreements and update existing agreements as required
  • Effective management of the system and tools, including JDE database
  • Maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) scheduler
  • Monitor accurate data information to achieve proper PM coverage for all active equipment
  • Accountable for tracking and entering equipment configurations into (ERP) system, including managing loaner equipment movements
  • Assistance with Trunk Stock inventory audits for Service
  • Complaint and Deviation documentation follow up
  • Responsible for monitoring, tracking and authorizing deviations from service warranty and contract parts returns
  • Troubleshoots service parts delivery issues with the appropriate parties and makes recommendations on appropriate action required
  • Develop a close working relationship with customers, gaining an in-depth knowledge of their technical support needs
  • Coordinates with Fields service engineers, Supply Chain distribution and other departments
  • Provide EMEA Customer Services team backup assistance and support where needed
  • Other responsibilities – as identified and needed to support the Customer Services team

Functie-eisen
  • Mbo+ or Hbo Bachelor’s degree
  • Multiple years of working experience within comparable role
  • Native/near Native understanding of the German language and Good/sufficient in Spanish
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong experience with MS Office and one of the larger ERP systems (SAP,Oracle,JDE)
  • Extremely customer focused
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team oriented
  • Able to juggle multiple projects with ease in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Contract: Perm / Fulltime 40 hours

Salary : €2.300 – €2.750
