The right candidate
You are probably coming from a similar position within the Retail, FMCG, Fashion or Call center industry, wanting to get in to a large company with a lot of focus on developing the company, and the business.
You are accustomed to work in a high pace environment, taking care of clients, whether it is internal or external.
Triumph International is looking for a candidate that has the following competencies as well:

- you are detail oriented and service-minded
- capable of acting professional being the public image of the company and meet the customer with a smile
- you are able to communicate in a positive, result oriented and productive way
- accustomed to work with SAP
- linguistic competences in English speech and writing, as the corporate language is English
- fluent in Dutch on all levels
- fluent in French on all levels
Your responsibilities among others will be:
- customer service and order reception over the phone and by e-mail for Benelux countries
- plus sales on in- and outbound cals
- sales support to the BX sales representatives
- translation / Proofreading of pricelists, catalogues, newsletters, campaigns and e-commerce site
- responsible for monitoring and answering consumers on official Facebook sites
- handling of returns (reception of claims over the phone and mail)
- drawing up new customers and segmentation in SAP
Apart from being a part of a large organization, you will be working closely with the Teamlead in Eindhoven, and the Head of Customer Service Northern Europe. She is based in Espergærde, Denmark.
You will be a part of team consisting of five Customer Service Assistants at the office in Eindhoven.
