Independent working cook

We are hiring!

For a our restaurant in “Holi Indian Restaurant” we are looking for an Indian Specialty cook.

You will be responsible for the kitchen in a restaurant where the quality of the dishes is number 1. You will lead the entire kitchen team and you will supervise that the dishes are prepared according to the established quality standards, working method and recipes. You are also responsible for following the rules and guidelines in the field of hygiene (HACCP).

• Independent working cook, Level 4

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine
• You are quality oriented
• You are stress resistant
• You are flexible
