  • At least a Master’s degree in a relevant area.
  • Proven industry knowledge and relevant experience.
  • The ability to lead in line with our leadership philosophy. Effective leadership in line with this philosophy means consistently aligning decisions and actions with the organisation’s mission while demonstrating integrity and ethical behaviour as a role model. It involves fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and adapts to individual needs, while communicating clearly and transparently. Strong leaders inspire continuous growth and innovation, act with courage when facing challenges, and make balanced decisions that consider the interests of staff, stakeholders, and the organisation. They also embrace and guide change with resilience and empathy, continuously evolving their leadership approach to meet emerging needs.
