A Global leading international dairy company with a cooperative heritage spanning over 150 years. The company processes milk into a diverse range of dairy products and ingredients, offering consumers high-quality options such as milk, yogurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, quark, and cream.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Specialist to join the Global Quality Management System (QMS) team. In this role, you will ensure the central quality system remains certifiable and operational. Also manage document control, coordinate internal audits, and support certification and training activities.

• Maintain and manage the Tenforce document management system.
• Track and initiate updates for quality documents; update procedures and standards when necessary.
• Coordinate the internal audit programme, ensuring audits are completed and reports submitted.
• Manage CAPAs in the system, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue actions.
• Act as part of the Certification Desk, responding to incoming queries.
• Support the central training programme (EduQuate).

• 3+ years of experience in quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and certification processes.
• Ability to quickly learn and use online DMS and CAPA systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
