As a restaurant manager, you are responsible for a branch as a whole. We are looking for an enthusiastic manager for our branch at Utrecht City Center. Come lead your own team and run a restaurant!
What do you do as a restaurant manager at FLFLAs a restaurant manager at FLFL, you provide leadership to the restaurant crew whilst working in the restaurant. This branch is located at Servetstraat 10, right under the Dom tower, and the opening hours are from 12:00 – 20:00, 7 days a week.
In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the food and overall service as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen. You also ensure that the restaurant crew complies with all the guidelines provided and that the production of food and the keeping of stock is up to standards.
You are responsible for running the restaurant from top to bottom:
- Quality of food and production;
- Quality of service;
- Cleanliness of restaurant and kitchen;
- Hiring, firing, training, and managing staff;
- Communication to company management.
Being a restaurant manager is a job with a lot of responsibility. There are many things to manage simultaneously, but you have the freedom and trust to do it in your own way whilst following company guidelines. You will work closely with an assistant manager who helps and replaces you at your branch when you’re not around. Together, you form a strong team that leads this busy FLFL branch.
