At vidaXL, we’re looking for a Domain Architect to help shape the future of our global product content domain. You’ll play a key role in designing system architecture that connects platforms, powers product data, and enables growth. This all while working closely with cross-functional and international teams.

What you’ll do:

You’ll work at the core of our eCommerce operations: ensuring that millions of products reach the right markets with the right content. You will do it efficiently, accurately, and at scale. VidaXL is scaling fast, and with scale comes complexity. Right now, many of our systems do not “think” together. That’s where you come in. You’ll help us evolve from reactive to proactive, from fragmented to unified. You'll make the invisible visible by building architecture that just works.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing scalable architecture for our product content ecosystem (PIM, integrations, data models)
• Improving and simplifying data flows across SFCC, ERP, CRM, BI, and other key platforms
• Advising on tools, integrations, and AI-driven solutions for content enrichment and syndication
• Transforming a complex, incident-heavy environment into a predictable and future-proof domain
• Collaborating across departments — from product content to development, sales channels, marketing, and IT

What you bring:

Must-haves:

• 5+ years as a Domain, Solutions or Tech Architect (ideally in eCommerce or product data environments)
• Deep knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and PIM systems
• Experience in change management and stakeholder collaboration
• Fluent in English; culturally aware and comfortable working with international teams
• Willingness to travel (approx. 1x per year to China, Romania, India and more if necessary)

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with AI in product content workflows
• Experience with platforms like Salsify or SFCC
• Cloud or enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified)
