What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Unity Developer at Beyond Sports, you’ll work with a wide variety of data sources, tools, and technologies to build high‑quality solutions used by some of the world’s biggest sports organisations.

Every day, you’ll collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and technical artists to maintain the high standards of our products. You won’t just build features, you’ll help refine our architecture, support modular systems, and introduce new technologies and workflows to keep us at the cutting edge.

You will guide and support other developers, help elevate the team’s technical capabilities, and ensure our solutions remain clean, performant, and scalable.

Whether you're debugging a complex system, refining data architectures, or developing tools used across multiple projects, you'll be at the heart of building the future of sports engagement.

This role is based on‑site at our Alkmaar office (40 hours per week). Hybrid work is possible. You must live in the Netherlands and be eligible to work in the EU.

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements

You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of professional Unity3D experience
• Strong C# development skills
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Solid debugging abilities
• Strong data‑structure and technical design skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience coaching or supporting junior developers
• HBO/Bachelor level thinking

Nice to have:

• Experience with Async programming
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• CI/CD experience
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
