What you will do:As the Regional Sales Director at Sensorfact, you will drive our growth in the UK market by expanding our client portfolio and increasing revenue. Leading a high-performing sales team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of the business, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable and successful sales organization. You will lead your team to achieve growth targets, build lasting client relationships, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Develop and execute the sales strategy while ensuring achievement of revenue and demand generation targets
Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement
Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement impactful training and development programs
Provide regular feedback and performance updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall success
A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams and driving revenue growth
Strategic ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
Experienced in direct, outbound sales with a focus on short sales cycles and closing deals
Proficient in using and optimizing CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales software tools
Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency) with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for growing businesses
Familiar working in the SME sector, manufacturing space, or with hardware solutions is a plus
A collaborative team player who excels in both autonomous work and team-driven success
