You design, build, test, and launch systems that are reliable, scalable, and ready for the future of the energy transition. You also take care of clean code and best practices. Through code reviews, collaboration, and thoughtful documentation, you ensure the team consistently delivers at a high standard.
Furthermore, you contribute ideas, refine requirements, and ensure the final product truly matches the needs of all customers. You coach junior developers, share knowledge, and foster a supportive environment where people grow both technically and personally. With a forward-thinking mindset, you help define the technical strategy, always considering scalability, maintainability, and opportunities for innovation.
Can I actually do it?
Well, let's dive right in: you have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer or a similar role. Without a doubt, you can demonstrate your experience designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven applications and implementing APIs. Because you've done it many times, you're strong at solving complex technical challenges. And of course, you value and take ownership of your work from design to implementation in a production environment.
You also have a green mission of your own. You're driven by sustainability and make an effort to stay up to date with trends and innovation. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you can work independently and quickly, but you're also not afraid to collaborate and create a supportive team atmosphere. Last but not least: you speak and write English well; understanding Dutch is definitely a plus.
