Job description

The

Platform Leader

will work as a technical advisor for internal customers with Business Applications, Infrastructure, security for  

Infor M3 Digital Food Platform

. You will lead the technology development and operations for the IKEA Food M3 platform and its surrounding applications that support the IKEA Food business within the core processes of Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Logistics Fulfilment and Wholesale/Finance.

More specifically, in this role you will:

• Develop & Coach Basis team members onsite & offshore, defining and securing the capacity and competence needed to ensure high availability and excellent experience
• Responsible for the M3 Platform Roadmap, continuously building on the synergies between the various components, while also anchoring the direction for the future
• Accountable for M3 Basis, setup, upgrades, change release, performance monitoring, capacity management, utilizing enterprise standards/tools & drive trouble shooting, root-cause analysis, issue resolution and escalations
• Partner with service providers and IT functions to prioritize & protect our investment leveraging Infor Cloud Suite and AWS services.
• Monitor, analyse, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization, with a cost-conscious mindset.
• Responsible for Disaster Recovery and application and platform resiliency options.
• Partnering closely with product teams and Software Engineers to solve sophisticated problems.
• Project Management for Basis related projects.

You will be part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development organization with focus on the IKEA Food business. We lead the supply agenda across several functions and work together with all business areas, different business unites.

To be successful in this job you have:   

• Experience:

  Proven experience leading digital delivery and transformation programs; strong knowledge and more than 5 years of experience in working with large-scale ERP platforms in an integrated end-to-end landscape, for infor M3 platform

• Business and technology acumen:

  Strong understanding of both business needs and technology capabilities.

• Leadership:

  Ability to lead cross-functional teams (remote and on-site) and delivery practices.

• Delivery approach:

  Experience with agile delivery methods and product / platform management.

• Communication:

  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Work style:

  Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
