Reporting to the VP of New Markets and as a key member of the New Markets Leadership Team (NMLT), you will drive the commercial agenda across Atos Medical’s approximately 70 distributor markets spanning South America, Eastern and South‑Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. This is one of our most dynamic regions – a mix of long‑standing partnerships and fast‑growing new markets – where your mission will be to strengthen our growth track record and build a high‑performing, globally distributed team.
You bring a strong commercial mindset, international leadership experience, and a proven ability to deliver growth through distributor partnerships in the Healthcare sector. You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach and know how to inspire accountability, collaboration, and performance across cultures.
Work location is flexible within Europe, and you should expect around 60 travel days per year.
Responsibilities- Leading the continued growth of our Distributor Markets by developing and executing a clear regional strategy and investment agenda.
- Taking full P&L ownership for approximately 70 markets, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
- Driving distributor excellence, including performance management, capability building, and the bi‑annual distributor meeting.
- Leading and developing a diverse international team, including six hybrid markets, fostering engagement, collaboration, and accountability across borders.
- Strengthening commercial partnerships and ensuring effective alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with a track record of delivering commercial growth through distributors.
- Experienced leader who builds trust, drives performance, and develops teams across cultures.
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Results‑oriented with the ability to balance short‑term targets and long‑term business development.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial leadership experience within Healthcare across diverse international markets.
- Proven P&L responsibility and experience engaging with senior business leaders.
- Fluency in English; other regional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
