In this position you are responsible for providing OEM customer service sales support to management, OEM customers and Sales Representatives.
How a workday looks like:
You provide technical support to Sales Representatives and customers and report any issues to management. You also communicate customer needs and specifications to Sales Representatives Engineering Operations and management.
Other task you are responsible for are understanding and resolving customer service issues, generating reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints etc and shipping documents for international shipments. You have to manage complex order details and quotations with customers and Sales Representatives through email, phone, fax or other communication outlets.
Other tasks an duties are:
- Delivering product samples to Sales Representatives, customers, and trade shows upon request.
- Preparing demonstration bags for Sales Representatives.
- Coordinating sales related activities and customer requests with supporting departments.
- Performing other duties and tasks as required.
You have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. This is necessary for resolving customer problems and the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the demands of customers and management. You are able to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
You also have:
- At least 5 years of related experience in customer service.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
