In this roleas theEMEATrainerCommunity Lead, you willinteract,coach,andwork with ourMicrosoftTechnicalTrainers(MTTs), whodeliver training content toourcustomers,partners,andemployees.Yourfocuswillbe toensureconsistenttransparencyand operational understandingwithinthe MTTorganization. This includesMTTonboarding, access to tools and quality assurance,acting as atrusted advisorto othertrainersandworkingclosely withother Regional Community Leads.

  • Interact with MicrosoftTrainersas a liaison and escalation point.
  • Act as a “player coach” teachingMicrosoft Official Curriculum quarterly toESI customers.
  • Helpensurecontinued success with the implementationoftactical and strategic objectiveswithin the MTT team.
  • Improve training, tools, and learner interaction through involvement in org-wide workstreams.
  • You should enjoy skilling on the most innovative technologies relating to cloud computing. Drivetrainer consistency and quality throughobservationandfeedback.
  • ConductTraineronboardingand participate in trainer readiness and quality of delivery.
  • Coach,mentor,and advocate fortrainers inEMEA.
  • Advocate the trainer perspective tothebroader ESI program teams and stakeholders.


  • You will hold aBachelor’sdegree or have equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering, or related technicalfields. 
  • Hold a current Microsoft Certified Trainer qualification,with atminimumoneAdvanced Role BasedAzure certification. It is preferable that you have more than one certification, as a broad understanding of multiple Azure disciplines is highly desired. 
  • You will have experience helping improve trainer delivery quality.
  • You will haveevidence of strongProject Management skills, evolvingand innovating to align the MTT community to business needswith awareness offiscal responsibilities.
  • You should enjoy meeting people from allbackgrounds andcantravel to engage them (0-25%).
