We are looking for ambitious colleagues for our IT & Process Solutions team at the Risk Assurance department. You will be joining a dynamic, international team with a passion for solving complex issues in the areas of technology, transformation and risk management.

For many companies, technology forms the basis for exponential growth. It facilitates new services and business models but also raises new, complex issues that you will be happy to help answer. Are you the SAP, Oracle or Workday consultant who likes to get to grips with complex technology and business processes? Do you want to help customers optimise or digitally transform business processes and risk management in cloud and other systems? As an Enterprise Technology specialist at PwC, you will be working with high-profile international companies to help them optimise their business processes and information technology. You will be working with state-of-the-art enterprise solutions of:

  • SAP (such as SAP S4/HANA, SAP Cloud for Analytics, Fiori and SAP GRC)

  • Oracle (such as Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft and Oracle GRC)

  • Workday (such as Workday Finance and Workday HCM)

About the job
You will be involved with international clients in large consulting projects such as implementation projects and process & control optimisations. You will be helping customers select technology from systems such as SAP, Oracle or Workday. You will also be advising clients on the optimal use and control of new developments, including cloud transformation, data & process analytics, control automation & monitoring, identity & access management and their integration into their business processes. You will also develop in-depth technological knowledge to develop new services and tools.

You like to present yourself in the market as a subject matter expert and to write white papers or give training courses. You will be working in a team and with other specialists such as data analysts, financial auditors, cyber security experts and change management colleagues. You will not only be working on the content but also on directing and coaching your colleagues.

Who are you
You enjoy learning about new technology, helping customers make the most of it and are ready for the next step. The combination of hands-on work with intensive customer contact appeals to you. And so do topics such as technology selection, digital cloud transformation, process and control optimisation, continuous monitoring and risk & compliance management. You do not shy away from a challenge! You feel at home in this fast-changing world and have several of the following qualities:

  • A completed university degree (e.g. information management, business administration, business economics, mathematics, econometrics, accountancy)

  • At least two years' relevant work experience with a SAP, Oracle or Workday implementation partner or one of the Big Four firms or demonstrable experience as a technical or functional consultant/administrator

  • Knowledge of internal control is an advantage, possibly in combination with an RE, RA, RO or RC training course

  • Candidates who have been trained in quality systems have an advantage

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English

  • Curious and enterprising, you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team to get to grips with complex problems.

What do we offer
Your career is exactly that: yours. You decide, and we offer you the opportunities. In this way, you create challenging work for yourself that matters. You will receive intensive guidance and access to a worldwide network of clients and colleagues. We appreciate you for who you are and what you do. In an inspiring, inclusive and respectful working environment. You will of course enjoy a comprehensive package of employment terms designed to encourage your growth and allow for flexible working and living. We offer an intensive training programme with 20 training days a year. You will be given the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of and certification in the technology of SAP, Oracle and Workday.

In addition, we offer Activity-Based Working to support you with flexible working at the client, at home or at the office. You can also count on a comprehensive package of employee benefits designed to encourage your growth and a good work/life balance. You will receive a commensurate salary, the option for a Master's (or post-Masters) programme paid by us, a company laptop, a car and an iPhone and at least 30 days' holiday a year. We also offer you a well-being budget. This is a personal budget of €750 that you can spend on health activities, such as mindfulness, sports, lifestyle coaching and wellness, or on optimising your home office with a second screen and/or noise-cancelling headphones.

You will be working in an organisation that takes its social responsibility by pursuing Sustainable Development Goals, aims to be circular by 2030 and contributes to social entrepreneurship. You will be part of a dynamic, usually multidisciplinary team whose focus is on personal and professional growth. At PwC, you’re in charge of your own career. Your work will be varied and will depend on the project, the client, the team specialists and your own preferences. Other options include international assignments.
