Partner Support Services Offerings & GTM Lead

The Offerings, GTM and Managed Intellectual Property (MIP) Development team owns commercial offerings and go-to-market strategies designed to help our customers and partners get the most business value from all Microsoft technologies. The Partner Support & GTM Lead manages the strategy, offers and go-to-market for our Partner segment.

We are looking for a proven leader who can lead a highly professional team to understand trends in the industry and envision a new approach to enabling Partners through excellent support and service offerings. This includes ensuring the existing business hits its near and mid-term goals (topline growth, partner satisfaction), while envisioning a next generation experience for Microsoft’s most critical ecosystem.

This is a high impact role responsible for the partner offer strategy, business model, feature development, packaging, and go-to-market approach. Collaborating across multiple teams including One Commercial Partner, Business Planning, Solution Marketing, Commercial Sales, Support Delivery, Operations, Licensing, Legal, Compliance and Finance is an essential part of the job.


  • Develop and implement an end-to-end offerings strategy for our Partner segment that seamlessly ties into the broader Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Lead critical strategic initiatives for the partner business, including analyzing and framing market options with rationale and aligning sponsors/stakeholders.
  • Utilize functional knowledge of the Microsoft partner community to define, frame and drive strategic, initiatives to enable partner success on the Microsoft platform.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to unlock further revenue, drive customer satisfaction, define risks, and create controls.
  • Develop business capabilities to enact strategy; turn business problems into thoughtful business requirements and oversee execution/development.
  • Partner to drive cross-discipline initiatives, including key issues analysis and recommendations.
  • Create concise and impactful written presentations and targeted communications as required to drive new strategies with the partner support portfolio.
  • Develop and use key cross-functional business outcome measures, tools, and process in partnership with other teams to understand results and drive Microsoft success.
  • Contribute to and foster an exceptional and supportive work environment.
  • Support a diverse and inclusive team culture and attract, retain, and grow talent.



  • 10+ years of successful experience in program or product management, solution architecture, customer success, pursuit lead, or similar roles, focused on partners in the technology sector.
  • Excellent collaboration and organization skills, customer experience focus, and business acumen.
  • Ability to translate customer & partner spoken and unspoken needs into structured offer requirements.
  • Ability and judgement to think strategically, prioritize, innovate, and solve unstructured business problems.
  • Ability and maturity to develop cross-group relationships and drive alignment and complex problem resolution through effective collaboration.
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives, customers, and partners.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Services (Unified and Premier Support, Consulting) a plus.
  • MBA preferred.

Location/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the United States. You can expect limited travel, ranging between 0 – 15%.
