What are you going to do?
Together with your colleagues you are going to take care of each event. Our guests can always count on you, even for the most impossible looking things. You are good with tight planning. When there is an event, you will be the host and make sure that everything is perfect for our guests. When the lunch is over, you already are busy with preparing the next breaks. Furthermore your tasks are, making the convention rooms look perfect and afterward the meetings you will help setup the rooms again. After your shift you have a drink with your colleagues looking back on a successful day.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who is not afraid to take on the responsibility of ensuring that our guests have a successful meeting! To be able to do this we need someone who always puts the guests first, who enjoys working in a solid team that takes care of each other, who likes to be creative and produce some amazing break presentations! A person who is willing to take ownership of all challenges that they meet and faces them head on. Someone that does not mind to stay a couple of extra hours to help out to make sure everything is going well, and someone who can work together or alone in ensuring that the rooms are set precisely as the guest would like to see them.
