Customer Relations Coordinator,
due to the increasing growth of business.
Are you living in the Utrecht area and available for 40 hours a week. You are good at maintaining customer contacts, dealing with complaints or returned products and you find it, just like us, important to keep the contracts and the associated administration up to date, then you have what it takes to become our awesome new colleague! You will work in a small, but a very important team of 5 employees.

Objective of the job As a Customer Relations Coordinator you are responsible for providing excellent service and support to the International Sales Team, Distributors and Customers in the territory assigned to you.
Your most important duties:
Key contact and support for customers worldwide
Maintain history and traceability files and products
Coordinate new customer approval process
Maintain and control prices
Manage and maintain distributor contracts and consignment contracts
Single point of contact for incoming complaint reports
Support the international sales team and sales centre with up to date customer information, data, analysis and reports
Order entry, which is a vital and important part of the day
Returned product handling
Consignment- and car stock management
Liaise with all necessary departments regarding ongoing business
During absence of colleague, looking after her/his accounts
HBO / HEAO education (or MBO with a few years of experience in a similar job)
Team player with good communication skills
An excellent level of business Dutch (fluent) and English (verbal and written) is required.

Experience in a similar function in an international environment is highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft office and ERP systems
