You’ll hear that word a lot in our international offices. Scoober is our logistics operation, covering everything from project experts to product owners, hub coordinators and our ever-reliable couriers.

All about the role:

Our logistic operation is growing exponentially, and our HR Scoober team is definitely a crucial part in providing the right support to the business.

As our new colleague, you’ll be supporting our Scoober HRBP team in delivering our HR strategy through the implementation of general HR activities and initiatives. On a daily basis, you will be involved in a variety of different topics such as performance management, team engagement, talent development. Together with business stakeholders, fellow HR Business Partners, you’ll help us reach the desired goals, ensuring that our managers across Scoober are equipped and engaged to deliver operational excellence. You will report to our Senior HR Business Partner Central and the scope of your activities cover our global staff, so a high-energy attitude and independent work style are essential. Some of your daily activities will be:

  • Advising employees and managers regarding more common and less to medium complex HR-related matters, like sickness procedures, performance issues, development needs.
  • Preparing to support HR paperwork for reporting and decision making.
  • Reviewing HR procedures, processes, and policies and may suggest potential improvements.
  • Researching and monitoring the HR needs of the business and escalating findings if necessary.
  • Contributing to the execution of operational projects

Can you deliver…

You have proven HR experience within the HR department. You are fluent in Dutch. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels and you have an eye for detail. You understand the importance of core values and culture. But that’s just your professional profile. Here are some personal traits we’ll value in our new Junior HRBP:
