The candidate needs to have a background as, for example, a sales support employee or CS logistics employee. You need to have some notice about shipping and Incoterms, etc. You will be preparing and confirming transport documents. And you need to have experience with working in an International company. The company is supplying only the (big) farmer factories via distributors in the specific country. The main office of our client is situated in Maastricht.
The person needs to be cheerful, spontaneous, open for feedback and flexible. Also you need to be open for other cultures and cooperate with them. Their clients are situated outside of Europe. For example: Middle East, Africa or Latin America. You are dealing with +/- 20 orders on a daily basis. That means; follow up with suppliers, agent- and freight forwarders, etc.
You have to be a self-starter. If you are living in the region Maastricht area would be preferable. You are doing business only outside of Europe, therefore you need to speak the English language fluent.
You have around 4 till 5 years experience in a similar position;
You have an excellent knowledge of English in verbal and writing, good command of additional languages is a bonus.
Experience with logistic documents is necessary.
Salary and Benefits
We are looking for candidates who want to work fulltime from Monday till Friday, 40h a week.
Salary range = € 2200- 3000 euro gross. No Pension plan - travel allowance first 10km are free.
Candidates will start with a determined contract by our client.
