As an All-round F&B Employee, you are responsible for delivering an F&B experience with a smile during the various shifts. You will be deployed in breakfast, behind the bar and in service. You help to further expand the current F&B concept and enjoy both guest contact and preparing small dishes independently.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
Providing excellent service to our guests.
Prepare and serve simple a la carte dishes.
Preparing mise en place for breakfast or dinner.
Self-prepare simple orders (pour drinks, prepare small dishes/snacks etc.).
Preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet.
Suggesting and explaining food and drink.
Prepare beverages and take orders behind the bar.
Cleaning duties.
Clearing tables, stewarding, cleaning restaurant.
Preparations for the next day.

You live in the vicinity of the hotel or have your own transportation.
The public transport timetable does not prevent you from being present at 5:45 am.
Good command of Dutch and/or English language.
You are a jack-of-all-trades and enjoy multitasking.
Full-time employment with 5 weeks of vacation per year on a full-time basis.

Gross full-time monthly salary of € 2468.35 - € 2554.85 based on the catering collective labour agreement and 8% holiday pay.
Travel allowance based on the number of kilometres there and back.
