For one of our respected customers we are looking for an inspiring, result driven and service oriented colleague.

In the role of an International customer care representative you are very close working with the sales department. But you are not doing literary doing sales. You have contact with the incoming leads and stay in touch with them all the time. You want to know everything and you are curious. Curious to this opportunity, curious to new social media or new media. You are familiar with Google and Salesforce.

Activities
Working Safely is a condition when it comes to working at Mosa. We expect you, as a customer care specialist, to actively contribute to the safety awareness within the department and to be an example for your colleagues.
You will manage all incoming traffic and by doing so you strive to increase the service level to the customers. You love to improve conversion potential through swift handling with care. You always aim to secure a correct administration and improving efficiency of the internal and external sales organisation.

In a nutshell:
Handling all incoming leads and ensure customer satisfaction
Researching and qualifying all inbound leads. This will take 50% of your time.
Nurturing leads that are not converted into an opportunity
Building and maintaining knowledge database for all markets
Daily alignment with counterpart in project advice.

Job Requirements
The profile
Bachelor level
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English both at least on B2 level;
The person we're looking for is outgoing, proactive and a real team player.

Salary and Benefits
Within this dynamic oranisation with an informal work culture you'll be offered an autonomous job position in a modern and process oriented manufacturing environment with excellent C&B package.

Salary range between: € 2700 -3100,- euro gross. Determined contract via the company.
