All about the role:

Right now, our Amsterdam HQ is in the midst of an exciting new renovation. As our Facility Manager, you’ll help ensure the process goes smoothly and consider future possibilities for the office So, what does that involve?
For a start, you’ll be overseeing and developing our facilities team in Amsterdam. In addition to ensuring a good working process for team members, you’ll use your strategic skills to work out how we can make the department scalable on a global level.

As part of this varied role, you’ll also:

  • Be the key contact point for both internal (e.g. managers) and external stakeholders (e.g. constructors and partner suppliers)
  • Offer ideas on how to renovate or expand other offices within the company
  • Act as a helpful sparring partner for our Global Facilities Manager
Can you deliver:

Ready to ensure our facilities are the envy of Amsterdam? Then we’re hoping you can tick these boxes:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in facilities roles
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken & written). Dutch is a plus
  • Able to take a helicopter view of our business and match team goals with company needs
  • Confident structuring and optimizing an international team
  • Strong communicator who enjoys dealing with a wide range of people
  • An eager, proactive and structured way of working
