Your daily tasks combine precise weighing, process monitoring, and quality control:
- Working strictly by recipe, you use a mobile weighing station to accurately weigh ingredients-sometimes up to 30 different components per batch.
- After weighing, you expertly blend the ingredients to properly prepare the fragrance materials for the next production steps.
- You closely watch the machines and installations, intervening when necessary to keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- You continuously inspect products against strict standards and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Early shift from 07:00 to 15:00
- Late shift from 15:00 to 23:00
- Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00
- An hourly wage of €21.11, supplemented by a 30% shift allowance paid over all hours worked, bringing total earnings to €3,900+ gross per month.
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- 13 ADV days, and a 13th-month payment managed via a flexible budget.
- A travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
- A realistic opportunity to be hired directly by IFF down the line.
- The chance to work at IFF's largest production site worldwide in a clean, international setting at the Kraaiven industrial estate in Tilburg.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English at a minimum B2 level.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a production worker or operator.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the physical ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Full availability to work in a 5-shift schedule.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for working with fragrances and chemical substances.
