As a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern, you will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards that define our five-star guest experience. You will gain valuable leadership and operational experience while working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest quality standards. During your internship, you will:
- Support the daily operations and quality control of the Housekeeping Department.
- Assist in leading and motivating a team of Housekeeping Attendants.
- Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
- Act as a point of contact for guests and collaborate closely with colleagues across departments.
- Support stock management and help ensure the department operates efficiently.
- Help maintain and improve quality standards in line with Minor Hotels' brand requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.
- You are actively enrolled in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
