As a Pollinator, you will perform highly precise and detailed work to support optimal plant growth and development. Your key responsibilities will include:
Executing pollination and plant-crossing activities
Sowing seeds with accuracy
Managing germination processes using digital tablets
Harvesting plant material
Extracting and preparing seeds
Handling and processing seed batches
Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred. A strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and the ability to work across multiple crops and tasks are essential. You may occasionally support additional activities or assist other teams and locations when required.
