The Conversational AI Cloud Product
The Conversation AI Cloud is a cloud-based platform that enables businesses to automate and scale their customer communications through chatbots and virtual assistants. This product is designed to help businesses improve their customer experience by providing a personalized, efficient, and convenient way to communicate.
What you will do
If you are a seasoned C# developer with expertise in dotnet, cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD and a passion for machine learning, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C# for the Conversation AI Cloud product;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features;
- Improve scalability and maintainability of our products;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Conversational AI industry and natural language processing;
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
You connect with us, if you have:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in software development;
- Experience in cloud-based platforms, Kubernetes, Microservice architectural patterns;
- Some experience with machine learning is a plus;
- Proficiency in C# and Python programming languages;
- Ability to write clean, testable and maintainable code;
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementations;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Strong attention to detail.
