Essential ingredients:

You have good communication skills and are not afraid of talking to guests
-
You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;
-
Able to work with a housekeeping app through which you receive housekeeping requests.

Working parttime is possible in this position.
Your tasks and other responsibilities:
-
Handling guest requests and internal housekeeping requests;
-
Refilling housekeeping storerooms and pantries;
-
Responsible for the distribution of linen;
-
When necessary, stripping rooms (gather bedlinen and towels from rooms);
-
When necessary, assisting in cleaning public areas and back of house spaces;
-
Helping guests, and of course always with a smile!
