Tasks
This position can be performed fully remote or hybrid across Mexico.
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 AMS support for SAP S/4HANA environments. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Production Planning (PP) and Plan-to-Produce processes across manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for professionals skilled in SAP PP, MRP, MES, and S/4HANA integrations who want to drive system stability and performance in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve incidents related to SAP PP, MRP, and Manufacturing Execution modules.
- Analyze and troubleshoot master data, BOMs, routings, and production orders.
- Collaborate with users and technical teams to address configuration and integration issues.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support process automation, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Coordinate with SAP and development teams for critical escalations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–7 years of SAP PP, MRP, MES, and integration with S/4HANA modules (QM, MM, SD) experience
- Experience with advanced planning tools and production reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to handle escalations and drive solutions for critical production issues
- Fluent English, agile/SAFe experience
Optional Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA PP or MES certifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and production automation
