In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as xxx
TASKS WITH IMPACT- Analysis of complex group accounting topics and development of suitable solution concepts
- Advisory support for group entities on accounting matters and financial reporting, with a focus on technical implementation
- Contribution to the development of group-wide accounting guidelines (Group Accounting Manual)
- Analysis of financial statements under international accounting standards as well as consolidated financial statements, deriving measures to further harmonize accounting across the group
- Monitoring of relevant changes in accounting standards and support in the development and implementation of corresponding concepts
- Acting as a key interface for various departments regarding group accounting topics
- Driving innovation processes and the continuous development of financial closing procedures
- Supporting the preparation of consolidated financial statements, especially the notes, and serving as a contact person for auditors

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Ideally several years of relevant professional experience in IFRS accounting and financial reporting
- Strong affinity for information technology, especially in working with spreadsheet tools
- Very good knowledge of SAP in the finance environment
- Confident and effective communication skills in both German and English
- Structured, resilient and solution-oriented way of working
