You will be responsible for managing BCG's EMESA Transactions & Integrations (T&I) business, the hub for the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Carve-Out (CO) and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) expertise within the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area. The EMESA Business Manager is a key member of T&I's Management & Operations Team, and he/she will be responsible for managing projects and operations of T&I, which includes but not exclusive to:
Leadership support: supporting EMESA T&I leadership team on preparation of leadership meetings, calls, and presentations at broader BCG practice area meetings
Commercial operations: monitoring of large commercial opportunities, pipeline analyses, and competitive intelligence; improving commercial/proposal excellence of T&I in EMESA
Business development: program managing priority sector commercial efforts, liaising with sector management team, ensuring calling programs delivered and sector materials ready for client customization
People agenda: managing EMESA T&I people initiatives, including liaising on staffing, consultant performance processes, Expert Career Track and Managing Director & Partner recruitment, new joiner on-boarding and planning and facilitating affiliation activities (e.g. Calls and meetings)
Innovation/IP development: liaising with consulting teams developing IP as well as working with T&I Knowledge Team and GAMMA to create innovative tools or products and ensure momentum of rollout to teams
Business Operations: supporting annual planning, budget, reporting and ad hoc analysis for T&I EMESA
Collaboration: Working closely with Global T&I Global Business Director on priority initiatives for T&I business; Liaising with other EMESA Practice Area Managers and Sector Managers to ensure T&I activities linked to Industry and Functional Practices
Topic Support & Management: support the Carve-Out and M&A practices with a dual-hat role for the EMESA region. This includes but is not limited to: commercial activation, business operations, leadership support, people initiatives, and overall collaboration across T&I EMESA.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MA, MBA, PhD, JD, etc) preferred
- Understanding of the core business of industry and functional practices at BCG
- Experience working with global teams / projects
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
