An international law firm is looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join their Manchester team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role will play a key part in independently reviewing and testing the firm’s risk and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations and industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Auditor role (12mth FTC):
- Conduct quality assurance reviews across new business intake, AML, conflicts and other compliance processes
- Test adherence to internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Identify control gaps, risks and areas for improvement
- Produce clear, detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Track remediation actions and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assist with the development and enhancement of QA frameworks and methodologies
- Support regulatory audit preparation where required
- Provide feedback and guidance to operational teams to drive best practice
- Contribute to ongoing training and awareness initiatives
Skills:
- Experience in a Quality Assurance, Audit role within a law firm or regulated professional services environment
- Experience within an insurance claims related environment
- Experience of working effectively across teams/functions.
